From the creative ideas of the German chef Luis Dias came the proposal of this tube with three distinct creations and the result of the combination of particular flavors that can be combined with both meat and fish dishes.

Tapenade made from green Nocellara olives (100gr)

In perfect symbiosis with cheese and Caprese. Tasty and fresh on fish fillets and meat dishes.

Pitted green olives of the "Nocellara del Belice" variety (80%) (olives, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, antioxidants: ascorbic acid), extra virgin olive oil (15%), lemon juice (contains SULPHITES), pepper, garlic, chives, mint, mixed spices.

Red onion variety "Tropea" (56%), red wine (contains SULFATE), sugar, balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring: caramel E150d (contains SULFATE), spice mixture, whole sea salt, star anise, cinnamon.
