All you need to make soft egg with Truffle Sauce are some eggs and TubeORIGINAL creams!

  • 4 EGGS
  • 30 g OF CREAM
  • PARMESAN TO TASTE
  • TRUFFLE SAUCE TubeORIGINAL
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Separate the yolks from the whites and put the yolks in a tall, non-stick saucepan. Combine the egg whites in a bowl and whisk them vigorously until frothy.

Add the cream and season with salt and pepper, to form a cream and pour it into the pot until each yolk is covered.

Add the grated Parmesan and bake in a static oven at 200°C for 6-7 minutes until a crust appears on the foam on the surface. Add the TubeORIGINAL truffle sauce and serve!
