If you are a cooking enthusiast and love experimenting with new recipes, then you are probably always looking for tasty and original dishes to bring to the table. Today we present you a simple recipe with an exclusive flavour: pasta with ready-made truffle sauce. For this condiment based on truffle sauce and sausage, we chose egg tagliatelle. Let's find out together how to prepare a plate of pasta with TubeORIGINAL ready-to-use truffle sauce in a few simple steps.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 160 g of tagliatelle
  • cream or vegetable broth
  • 2 Norcia sausages
  • salt
  • a knob of butter or a spoonful of olive oil
  • 1 jar of TubeORIGINAL black truffle sauce

We start by putting a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of coarse salt to the water. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into small pieces.

Put a pan on the stove and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the sausage and cook over medium-low heat for about 10-12 minutes, until the sausage is well cooked. Add the truffle sauce to the pan with the sausage and mix well.

When the water boils, add the tagliatelle and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Drain the tagliatelle and add them to the pan with the ready-made truffle sauce and the sausage. Mix the noodles well with the sauce and sausage, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve the tagliatelle hot, if you want to add further nuances to your dish, add some chili flakes or fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
