Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 1 BAGUETTE BREAD
  • PEPPER TO TASTE
  • ANCHOVIES TO TASTE
  • GARLIC TO TASTE
  • EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL TO TASTE
  • PARSLEY TO TASTE
  • ROCKET TO TASTE
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • BALSAMIC VINEGAR TO TASTE
  • 12 CHERRY TOMATOES
  • ‘NDUJA CREAM TubeORIGINAL

Take some cherry tomatoes and start washing them, drying them and cutting them in half. To get all the seeds out, lightly squeeze the tomato without removing all the pulp.

Add the chopped garlic, parsley and anchovy fillets. Complete with salt and pepper to taste.

Take a baguette and cut it into 4 equal parts. Divide the piece of bread in half and put it in the oven, with the grill function, for about 20 minutes. Before adding the cherry tomato mixture, spread a layer of TubeORIGINAL ‘NDUJA cream on each bruschetta, which will make the recipe even more tasty.
