2 tbsp tubeORIGINAL beetroot cream with rose water
350 grams of herring
80 grams of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt to taste

First, prepare the soy mayonnaise with:

2 egg yolks (approx. 17 g)
25 g soy sauce
150 grams of seed oil
A teaspoon of mustard
A teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt to taste

Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and blend until you have a smooth sauce.
