Nduja cream is a typical condiment of Calabrian cuisine, characterized by a soft consistency and a spicy and intense flavour. This cream is perfect for enriching many recipes, such as crostini with fresh ricotta cream, nduja cream and rocket. In this dish, the nduja cream is combined with the sweetness of the fresh ricotta and the freshness of the rocket, creating an explosion of flavors in every bite. This recipe is ideal as an appetizer or as a delicious finger food for an aperitif with friends and relatives.

  • 1 baguette or sliced ​​bread
  • 200g of fresh ricotta
  • 50g of nduja
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cut the baguette into slices and toast them in the oven or on the griddle until they are crispy and golden brown. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Wash and dry the rocket. Spread the ricotta cream on the toasted slices of bread.
