TubeORIGINAL creams meet the skilled hands of Chef Giuseppe Sinisi

Our creams from the TubeORIGINAL Selection truffle line are a real ace up the sleeve for cooking enthusiasts, as well as for chefs! A new line of delicious creams with a unique taste and flavor, which we decided to develop starting from what can be called "the black gold of Umbria": truffles.

We first transformed the precious truffle into three products that are easy to use for everyone and inevitable in the kitchen of lovers of strong and decisive notes: the Truffle Sauce, the White Truffle Cream and the White Truffle Butter.

After making them, we decided to bring our creams back to the city of truffles par excellence, Spoleto, where the hands of Chef Giuseppe Sinisi were waiting for them.

Originally from Puglia, but trained at the Spoleto Hotel School to become a Chef, for the love of the culinary art he managed to merge his old roots with new ones, in an area with a rich gastronomic tradition, all to be discovered.

The Apollinare Restaurant was born from these roots, in a former Franciscan convent of the 12th-13th century in the heart of the historic center of Spoleto, where Chef Sinisi takes care of every detail to offer a unique experience that blends ancient and modern, tradition and innovation, using products from small local producers and revisiting the Umbrian gastronomic tradition.

In his kitchen, Chef Sinisi used our TubeORIGINAL creams from the Truffle Selection line, to create three simple and original recipes: "Vegetable tart with parmesan and white truffle sauce", "Truffle-scented tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and sausage" and "Carpaccio of trout and beetroot with lemon and truffle scent".
