Our creams of the “Chef Luis Dias Creations Line ” were born in collaboration with the award-winning Chef Luis Dias. The line consists of three creams with a unique and unmistakable flavor: the "Red onion cream with balsamic vinegar", the "Tapenade made from green Nocellara olives" and the "Beetroot cream with rosewater".

Chef Luis Dias decided to sign the experience that bears his name because he loved the TubeORIGINAL products right away. This is because, just like him, the creams want to bring flavor and innovation to dishes, giving special and unmistakable tastes. Chef Luis Dias favors the use of fresh and regional products in his kitchen, which he has always prioritized. Seasonal dishes and intense flavors, according to the chef, can have a strong power not only on people's palates, but also on their emotions.

His main objective in the kitchen is to reinterpret traditional dishes by combining them with high-level modern flavors and contaminating them with flavors with an international taste.

His creativity in the kitchen is explained by his story: born in Portugal, he soon discovered his passion for cooking in his parents' hotel and restaurant business. It is here that he falls in love with the world of aromas, flavors and perfumes, living his creativity to the fullest. He learns to experience different gustatory sensations even in contrast with each other, such as sourness, sweetness, saltyness and bitterness, which he uses in his culinary creations. [---cut---]

Today, Chef Luis Dias has lived in Germany since 1990, where he opened two restaurants: first "Da Bruno", which gives him the opportunity to make himself known throughout Germany, and then the "Luis Dias" restaurant, opened in 2010, the same year he was named "Chef of the Year 2011" by "Römers Restaurantführer".
