Our creams of the “Chef Luis Dias Creations Line ” were born in collaboration with the award-winning Chef Luis Dias. The line consists of three creams with a unique and unmistakable flavor: the "Red onion cream with balsamic vinegar", the "Tapenade made from green Nocellara olives" and the "Beetroot cream with rosewater".
Chef Luis Dias decided to sign the experience that bears his name because he loved the TubeORIGINAL products right away. This is because, just like him, the creams want to bring flavor and innovation to dishes, giving special and unmistakable tastes. TubeORIGINAL creams meet the skilled hands of Chef Giuseppe Sinisi
Our creams from the TubeORIGINAL Selection truffle line are a real ace up the sleeve for cooking enthusiasts, as well as for chefs! A new line of delicious creams with a unique taste and flavor, which we decided to develop starting from what can be called "the black gold of Umbria": truffles.
We first transformed the precious truffle into three products that are easy to use for everyone and inevitable in the kitchen of lovers of strong and decisive notes: the Truffle Sauce, the White Truffle Cream and the White Truffle Butter.
After making them, we decided to bring our creams back to the city of truffles par excellence, Spoleto, where the hands of Chef Giuseppe Sinisi were waiting for them.
